When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, jewellery preferences, ring sizing information, estimated investment, timing, written notes and any images, sketches or PDFs you choose to upload.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss a bespoke quotation, communicate about design and gemstone options, manage a commission if you decide to proceed, arrange delivery and provide after-sales support.

Who we share information with
We use specialist service providers to operate the website and enquiry system. These currently include Vercel for website hosting and server functions, Supabase for database and private file storage, and Resend for transactional email. We may also share relevant order information with trusted suppliers, workshops, delivery providers, professional advisers or service providers where necessary to fulfil your commission or comply with law.
International processing
Some service providers or suppliers may process information outside the India. Where this happens, we use providers and contractual arrangements intended to provide appropriate protection for personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not proceed are normally retained for up to 24 months so that we can respond to follow-up questions and maintain continuity. Records relating to completed commissions may be kept for longer where needed for accounting, tax, warranty, fraud prevention or legal purposes. Uploaded inspiration files are kept only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry or commission.
Your rights
