  1. Begin with an idea

    Bring a favourite stone, a reference image or simply an idea. In your complimentary consultation, we explore your preferences, budget and timing.

  2. See your design take shape

    We guide your stone and metal choices, then share a basic sketch and a 3D design preview before you pay a deposit.

    Refine your agreed design with unlimited revisions during the preview stage. A different piece or stone may require a revised quotation.

  3. Make it yours

    We confirm your stone, metal, dimensions, design, price, certification choice and expected timing for your written approval.

    Approve your design · Pay 50%Once you have given final approval and paid the deposit, revisions close and production design work begins.

  4. Made with care

    Our specialist workshop in India brings your approved design to life, from production design through crafting, finishing and checks.

    We arrange your agreed certification separately from hallmarking. Hallmarking is carried out through the London Assay Office.

  5. Ready for your story

    See your finished piece · Pay the final 50%We share photographs before requesting the balance, which is due before dispatch.

    Once the balance is paid, your jewellery is securely prepared and dispatched with complimentary insured UK delivery.

Here are a few practical details. We will talk through the choices that apply to your piece during your consultation.

Can I change the design?

A change to a different piece or stone may require a new quotation. Revisions are unlimited within your agreed design during the preview stage and close after final approval and deposit.

How long will my commission take?

Allow approximately 4–8 weeks after both your deposit and final design approval. The schedule depends on the piece and its sourcing, certification and hallmarking requirements. We confirm the expected timing before approval; it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

If you have a proposal, anniversary or another fixed date in mind, tell us at the start so we can discuss what is possible.

Which certificate will my piece come with?

Depending on the product, options may include Dashna’s own certificate or an independent report from GIA or IGI. These are different forms of documentation; we explain the available options and what each covers for your selected piece.

Some stones are already certified. Where additional certification is available, we agree your preferred option, cost and any extra time in the quotation before you approve the commission.

Will my jewellery be hallmarked?

We arrange hallmarking through the London Assay Office and confirm the details for your piece as part of your commission.

What if I do not know the ring size?

You can still start the conversation. We will help you work through sizing before the design is finalised.
